1. Return & Refund Timeline
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- For defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours, and return within 7 days of delivery
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Returns accepted only for defects (damage, misprint, missing pages) or incorrect fulfillment.
- For damages, upload an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the issue
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used books, consumables, digital content, and items request-based printing.
- Products altered by you or damaged after delivery.
- Any item not meeting return conditions.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us kitabkunj001@gmail.com within the specified return period.
- Provide order number, item details, reason, and for defects, the unboxing video.
- Upon approval, we issue a Return Authorization and guide you on shipping.
5. Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless due to our error (wrong item or verified defect).
- In such cases, we will reimburse shipping or provide a prepaid label.
6. Processing Refunds
- Refunds processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Method of refund:
- Original payment method (preferred), or
- Store credit, based on your preference and case specifics
- We will notify you via email once the refund is completed.
7. Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchanges allowed only for damaged or incorrect items and are subject to stock availability.
- If you prefer, we can issue store credit (valid for 90 days).
8. Cancellation Before Shipment
- You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting support.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation.
9. Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns that fail to meet the criteria.
- Charge a restocking fee up to ₹49 if packaging is opened or product resale is impacted.
